TRAINING AND ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST
About Digimasters
Digimasters Ltd was founded in 2017 as a digital transformation consultancy focused on technology, business process optimisation and data analytics. Digimasters works across all industries and provides experience in organisations of all sizes. Primarily based in London, UK, we work in many regions including the US, EU, APAC and the Middle East. Digimasters takes on additional talent during large programmes of work. For our engagements with clients in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), as well as other sectors, we have several roles supporting the delivery of technology, business change, and data programmes.
The Role
Responsible for planning and delivering training and enablement to client user groups during a major data and business change programme. This will involve turning new platforms, dashboards and ways of working into practical, confidence-building learning experiences that help people adopt them and keep using them.
The role sits at the point where learning, change and data meet. You will design the learning pathways, deliver the sessions, and work alongside the Change Manager, Business Analysts and Data & AI specialists to make sure training reflects how the client's processes and platforms actually work.
You will also work closely with our Digital Learning / eLearning Content Developer — shaping scripts, storyboards and demo flows, presenting or narrating recorded content where needed, and making sure live sessions and self-paced learning tell one consistent story.
Training will be delivered primarily virtually, with occasional in-person sessions and collaboration in central London.
The role is initially focused on one client programme running to the end of December 2026, with the potential to extend and to support enablement across other client engagements.
Responsibilities
Training delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for client user groups with a wide range of roles and levels of data confidence
- Deliver role-based sessions, refresher sessions, drop-in clinics and Q&A support around key programme milestones and platform releases
- Run train-the-trainer sessions and support a network of client-side champions or super-users so capability stays in the business after the engagement ends
- Adapt facilitation style and pace in the room, handling questions, scepticism and mixed ability groups with confidence
Learning design and curriculum
- Carry out training needs analysis to understand what different user groups need to learn and where the capability gaps are
- Define and maintain role-based learning pathways covering new platforms, dashboards, processes and data ways of working
- Create session plans, exercises, quick reference guides, job aids and FAQs that support learning before, during and after each session
- Define how success is measured — attendance, completion, confidence, feedback and adoption — and use the results to improve the material
Supporting digital learning content
- Work with the Digital Learning / eLearning Content Developer on scripts, storyboards and demonstration flows, bringing the learner and delivery perspective
- Present on camera and record voiceover narration for demos and recorded learning sessions where required
- Reuse and reference recorded content in live sessions so learners have a consistent path back to self-paced material
- Help keep the training library current, versioned and aligned to platform and process changes
Change and stakeholder support
- Support the Change Manager with readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption tracking
- Work with Business Analysts and Data & AI specialists to keep training aligned with process maps, requirements and dashboard functionality
- Act as a feedback route back into the programme, surfacing recurring user questions, friction points and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to internal Digimasters enablement practice, including reusable templates and approaches for future client engagements
Expectations in the Role
The following skills and attributes are essential for success in this role:
- Confident live facilitator, particularly in a virtual-first setting, able to keep remote audiences engaged and participating
- Able to explain data and technology concepts — dashboards, reporting, data quality, data governance — in clear, plain language for non-technical audiences
- Strong instructional instincts, with the ability to work out what learners actually need to know and cut everything else
- Experienced in training needs analysis and designing role-based learning pathways rather than one-size-fits-all sessions
- Comfortable being on camera and recording voiceover narration
- Experience supporting training within a wider change or transformation programme, with an understanding of adoption, resistance and readiness
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts to scope and validate content
- Comfortable in a small, multidisciplinary team — self-sufficient, organised, and able to work with a degree of ambiguity as the programme evolves
- Measurement-minded, with an interest in evidencing the impact of training rather than just delivering it
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering training or enablement in a consulting or enterprise environment, ideally for software, platform or data rollouts
- Demonstrated experience training end users on new systems, dashboards or processes as part of a change programme
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and building structured learning pathways or curricula
- Experience running train-the-trainer sessions or supporting champion and super-user networks
- Experience producing supporting materials such as session plans, job aids, quick reference guides and knowledge checks
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, and awareness of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate or similar
- Confident with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural or Monday.com
- Exposure to Power BI, analytics or data governance initiatives is a strong advantage
- Experience in the architecture, engineering or construction sector is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant qualification in learning and development, education, business or a related field preferred (for example CIPD, or a change certification such as Prosci or APMG)
- Eligible to work in the UK
This is a Hybrid role and does require candidates to work in central London as well as remotely. We do not sponsor visas so you must be eligible to already work in the UK.
Compensation
£150 - £250 a day
